  When will I get my Membership materials?
 
 
White Puppy with Black Nose spacer Within ten business days of receiving your completed Membership Enrollment, we will send you all of your Membership materials including your FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate. However, as soon as we process your enrollment, you will receive an email from us with your Membership Number so that you can immediately access and use the Member web site and enjoy all of your benefits immediately.

How can I order by telephone... I feel more comfortable ordering that way.

 
  Just call us at (800) 216-1077 anytime from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time and one of our Member Services Representatives will be glad to help you place your order.

  How do I use my FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate?
 
  After you receive your FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate enclosed with your membership materials, take your pet to the vet for their annual check-up, and send us a copy of the bill along with your signed FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate and we will send you a check for $30.00. It doesn't matter which vet you go to or where your vet is located. All we need is a copy of your bill and the signed FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate mailed back to us and we will send you a check within 10 business days of receipt by us. Please note that we want to promote healthy animals, so we encourage you to use your Certificate as soon as possible.

All certificates are good for one year from the date you signed up for Membership.

  Can I use my own Vet for the FREE Pet exam? 
 
  Absolutely! We are giving away this FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate because we believe every pet should have an annual physical. We don't care if you go to your vet or even see a vet when you are away. Just send us a copy of the vet bill for your pet's exam and your signed FREE PET EXAM Rebate Certificate and we will send you a check.

  What is a "Preferred Partner"?
 
  Preferred Partners are those companies that we have chosen to do business with because of either their product selection or their pricing for our Members. Preferred Partners also offer you the convenience of home delivery of whatever you buy. It is just one more way of bringing you convenience, selection and value.

  How can I take advantage of the discounts offered by the America's Pet Club Preferred Partners?
 
  For you convenience, all of our Preferred Partners are on-line merchants that have been screened by us for selection and price. You are entitled to a 12% discount off of their regularly advertised prices whenever you shop at our Preferred Partners. To take advantage of these discounts, all you have to do is type in your Membership Number at in the coupon code box at checkout and you will automatically be given the discount. Please remember to keep your Membership Number handy so that you can use it when you shop, since your personal membership number is your guarantee to savings. Please note that by law we cannot offer additional discounts on prescription items that require a written prescription from your veterinarian.

  I am having trouble enrolling in America's Pet Club on your web site.
 
  Check to make sure you have filled in all required items marked with a (*). Once you have double checked to make sure you have completed the information correctly, you should have no problems. If for some reason the problem still persists, just give us a call at (800) 216-1077 and one of our Membership Counselors will be glad to help you thru the process.

  What if I want to buy a Membership for a friend or another family member like my mom or daughter who does not live with me so they can take advantage of these Member Benefits?
 
  No problem. It is just the same as having a different "Bill To" and "Ship To" address. Just give them a Gift Membership when you sign them up. Please list them as a Member and you as the "Bill To" address and we will be glad to send anyone the Membership in your name.

  How do I cancel my Membership?
 
  If for any reason you decide you no longer want to continue your America's Pet Club Membership, please let us know via phone at (800) 216-1077 or by email at CustomerService@AmericasPetClub.com. Once we have received your cancellation notice, we will immediately terminate your Membership effective the first of the month following your notification.

  Tell me about your Privacy Policy.
 
  When you join America's Pet Club your personal information such as your email address, mailing address and telephone number are used for Membership purposes only. America's Pet Club will use the information you provide to tell you about new products, services, upcoming events and other ways to enhance your membership benefits. If you do not want to receive this information you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link located at the bottom of this page.

From time to time, America's Pet Club makes the postal and e-mail addresses available to chosen third parties. We review all printed and electronic material and approve only those that we deem acceptable to our Members. If you choose not to receive these announcements in the future, click on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email and we will make sure that you do not receive these notices.

  What type of security do you use on your web site?
 
  At America's Pet Club, we want to give our customers a worry-free ordering experience. That's why we use Secure Server Technology (SSL 3.0) which encrypts all of your personal information. Plus, we like many other major internet web sites use "Verisign", an independent security validation company, to assure that your online tranasctions are safely protected.

  Do my "Ship To" and "Bill To" address have to be the same or can they be different?
    No they do not. However, to process your Membership, your "Bill To" address must be exactly the same as it is on the credit card you use for payment.
 
13.
  Why do I have to login when I come to the web site?
    We do not want prospective Members to have full access to the benefits and services that are specifically designed for paying Members.
